We purchased replacement windows and maintenance free gutters in 2017. We were contacted on a regular basis to provide status updates for our projects and to answer any questions or concerns that we may have had. The technicians who did the installations were on time, friendly and professional. I look forward to including them in my future home improvement projects. Highly recommended.

Excellent Review...

The only problem we had was with a scheduling problem but other than that we are very pleased with our windows.

Satisfactory work with no issues, but four stars because they call you and email you incessantly to give them a good review.

The work was done very nicely but I had noticed after the fact the gutters covered one of my flood lights. Also, the gutters didn’t come with the trays at bottom of each drainage pipes. Now, I have holes in the ground where the drainage pipes are located.

We are enjoying our new windows and doors, the only thing we are finding out is cleaning the glass, what to use. Everything seems to make the glass smear and not clear. The workers were pleasant and did an excellent job installing the porch railings and steps. In reality I would rate the experience as a 4.9 since the only complaint I have is with the aluminum shavings that fell on the ground as they were cutting the rails to length. It was very hard to get the shavings out of the sandy ground so they keep getting tracked into the house by my shoes and the dogs paws. I would recommend that in the future the workers place a tarp under their saw in order to make the cleanup easier and more efficient,
