We knew what we wanted to do on our trip. We asked Annica Cameron at SouthAmerica to complete our plans and she did a perfect job. All our transportation was on time. Our guides were excellent specially the guide (Sondra) in Mendoza. Our itinerary was detailed, but easy to understand. This is the second time we have asked SouthAmerica to arrange a trip for us. It will not be the last time. They are professional and thorough.

We are from India. Southamerica.travel was an excellent choice for our trip. They offered very good hotels for stay throughout the 3 countries that we visited. They tailored an itinerary according to my preference. The guides at all places were friendly & informative. We missed machu Picchu as there was a land slide and the train service was shut down. They booked a great spa resort for us to compensate for the days. In short, don't hesitate to book through Southamerica.travel!

Very good planning, Great guides. I travel a lot with private guides and these were first class. Accomidations were as expected. I would use them again and have recommened. If you are interested myself and another lady traveled to Colombia together, we visited several cities and did many many interesting and diverse things. We are about 60, Americans and very active. Colombia is very welcoming and beautiful, a great tourist destination now, especially from Bogota to the North.

Southamerica Travel is more than yet another travel agency; it is a travel guide, a travel friend. They provide just the right amount of information so that you can enjoy discovering the meat on those bones. They are very helpful without being suffocating. They understand that your ideas about the trip, once there, can change and you may want more (or less!) adventure, more (or less!) chill etc. and amend you trip accordingly, so that you can enjoy every day exactly as you want it. In all things South America, trust them, they definitely know what they're talking about! They've been there, done that. Pity they don't do Central America as well, I would have loved to entrust them with our Guatemala/Honduras/Belize trip. But anytime we'll travel to South America again, they'll be our one and only go-to travel agency. Thank you!

they presented themselves very well,friendly, informative and accommodating. The hotels, restaurants and tours were all top shelf.They made the trip exciting by eliminating the typical problems that arise in traveling in new country where english isn't the first language.
