Clara provided great ideas for our trip and hotels, willing to listen to our requirements and take on changes. I did have concerns about booking the trip over the internet with an American company but checked out the credentials, and tried to find reviews where travellers had problems which needed to be resolved... but couldn't find any. Hopefully our trip in 3 months time will go as planned too.

CHRISTINA IS PERSON TO CALL TO BOOK YOUR TRIP TO RIO.SHE HAD TO REWORK OUR PLAN SEVERAL TIMES DUE TO FLIGHT DETAILS.SHE HAD TO ADD A DAY AFTER WE SAW WE WOULD BE IN BRAZIL 1 DAY LONGER SHE ADDED DAY IN RIO INSTEAD OF AT END WHICH SAVE US MONEY AND GAVE US PEACE OF MIND IF WE MISS A FLIGHT.WE DID BUY TRAVEL INS BUT MAKING CONNECTION IN TEXAS TO RIO SEEMS NOT MUCH TIME.AGAIN I SAY IF YOU PLAN A TRIP TO RIO CALL CHRISTINA.PLEASE SEE SHE IS TOLD A COUSTER RATED HER 5 STARS.

We were looking for a trip to Peru and Bolivia so were researching on the net. None of the ready made packages were a fit for us . We found SouthAmerica.Travel and contacted them letting them know what our wish list was. Christina came back promptly and mapped out an itinary that suited us perfectly. We have now booked the trip for May 2015 and are really looking forward to it.

This is my first time planning a private tour vacation. I was very happy with the help I received incorporating my interests throughout our tour including a culinary tour, bike ride, hiking into Machu Picchu and kayaking on Lake Titicaca. The Amazon trip was incorporated nicely as was the train trip to Lake Titicaca. I could not have planned this vacation as well on my own. The airfare and all Peru transportation was so reasonable. I am very excited to begin this trip and look forward to planning my next trip with South America Travel.

I just booked my trip and agent was very friendly and informative. She provided all the information I asked for and responded in timely manner. Answered all the questions I had and gave more info about it. I have not taken my trip yet.
