Had a great experience with the work that Tye did and very accomodating agent ,new his knowledge of the area and his helpfulness

So far the booking process has been fabulous. The agent is very prompt with replies at all hours of the day. The itinerary meets our needs and was done with input by myself and the agent. Excellent service so far!!!!!!

It is my opinion that the crucial test in selecting a travel service comes after looking at the quality of presentation and content of the competitors' websites, when the individual with whom you will interact contacts you in response to your inquiry on the selected website. The test is whether the representative seems sincerely interested in understanding your travel interest and preferences. SouthAmerica's Adam Haynie took as much time as was needed to provide guidance and answer questions - by email, as I preferred - and was attentive in suggesting alternatives for our consideration. He honestly shared his opinions on places and activities, which I find of great value in making such travel choices. He patiently worked through plans for our ideas, and provided important advice for restraint when needed, (as where we were adding in a bit too much for the scope of one area of our planned travel), and cheerfully did requested "fine tuning" on the itinerary. He did quite well, and is a credit to your company.

Interacting with Diego was superb , he accommodated all our request and gave responses overnight. He was able to educate us with his rich experience and knowledge of South America for making decisions .

If you want to avoid the major headaches that can be caused when planning a trip to South America, then using the services of SouthAmerica.Travel is an easy choice to make.

Jason was recommended by a friend who had used his services earlier in the year and was very happy. His professional approach, attention to detail and the way he put together our requests was perfect. I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in travelling in South America and especially Jason.

Adam from SouthAmerica.Travel worked with me to book my honeymoon and he did a fantastic job. He was very responsive and helpful during the entire booking process. He was familiar with the area that I was going to visit and was able to talk with authority about the itinerary. I really felt like he understood what I wanted and was able to customize the trip to perfectly suite my needs. One of the best customer experiences I've had in a very long time.

We are world-wide travellers since many years and never before experienced ,such an efficient and fast booking service including an overwhelming amount of interesting details of our planned tour and a kind of perfectionism we really did not expect. Adalbert and Hannelore from Vienna Nov.2014
