Tom looked after everything for our booking. Booking from Australia was a bit daunting, but Tom was very helpful and happy to answer any questions, tailoring the trip especially for us, making changes and recommendations. He also called us at a convenient time, taking into consideration the time difference between Argentina and Melbourne. I will look forward to putting another review in after we have been on our exciting trip.

Had an outstanding experience organizing my trip through SouthAmerica.travel. Agent (Martin K.) was truly outstanding. If you're looking for the cheapest everything in life do note that this is not for you. With SouthAmerica.travel you get premium advice and premium service, which in turn means premium price. But when you work long hours and have no time to research and plan every detail you can trust these guys to guide you, adapt to your every constraint and book everything for you effectively and efficiently. As a solo traveler, the 24/7 on the ground helpline is an add-on worth paying a little extra for, also. I will recommend SouthAmerica.travel to my busy entourage.

Great efficient personalised service. It will be our first visit to South America and the agent always called when she said she would and always did what she said she would! We are going 2 Dec 2016 to 15 Jan 2017....cannot wait

Tye was easy to contact, listened and made good suggestions. No problems. Would prefer to rate after the trip and not before though.

I received excellent recommendations for the itinerary and every single detail of my trip. We still need to see how it will go during the trip itself.
