The company representative Jason is amazing. Love working with him

Charlotte Lebouvier has been outstanding in helping me to book a week in southern Chile for me and my daughter. Several things were "tricky" as I tried to do my own trip. Charlotte literally saved our travel to Chile in February. I will certainly recommend your agency to others.

We worked with Clara of the Buenos Aires office at the very last minute, with just a few days notice to arrange for a quite complex trip. She arranged everything expertly and in accordance with our wishes. There were 27 separate arrangements (transfers, hotels, tours) and three flights. All went very smoothly with no glitches.

Isabela was very kind and patient in answering questions and the reservation process was very simple. I look forward to have a great experience with the tour and the assigned guides.

Jake has been great to plan out our upcoming trip within our budget.

We have just returned from an amazing thirty five day trip to South America. We visited Ecuador, Galapagos Islands, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina and Brazil. Our travel consultant Clara was very efficient and knowledgeable in planning a trip of a lifetime. Our guides and drivers were excellent and very helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending South America Travel and their travel consultant, Clara, to anyone considering visiting this great Continent. Martin & Ellen, Ireland.

Jon Hillstead has made my experience as a group leader on the South American Travel and Tour A breeze. I highly recommend him to anyone planning this trip.He is very knowledgeable !pleasant and Prompt in his dealings. He has given me confidence and support I needed to plan this tour. We are looking forward to this trip in June 2017 and will definitely update this review. He is absolutely a treasure to work with.

My husband and I wanted a tour of specific parts of Chile that are not included in the standard South America tours and itineraries, however when I came across South America Travel, it was plain to see that they specialize in custom touring and itineraries. Being on a strict timeline, there is so much we want to see and Sean our Travel consultant has worked tirelessly on it while constantly consulting with me until he finally created what appears to be the perfect itinerary to suits our needs. Sean has been outstanding through the whole process and I'm sure that my requests were quite a challenge but Sean was very knowledgeable in all area's of what was available, affordable, doable and of what to do and see, right down to the last detail. We are not travelling until February 2017 however we feel very comfortable that the itinerary will all go according to plan and feel confident that with the expertise and professionalism that went into planning it for us by Sean we will have the holiday of a lifetime. I will post another review on our return.
