We worked Jon Hillstead to finalize our itinerary. He is very professional and knowledgeable about S American travel sites and offered very good advice for amount of time to spend at different locations. He is very pleasant to converse with.

The arrangements Clara made for our Ecuador adventure (reservations, tours, transfers etc) were flawless. Everything went perfectly! Maria was at the airport as arranged, bearing a sign with our name (and with a huge smile) and then whisked us around Quito with professional efficiency and a great deal of charm. Jorge was prompt, efficient, informative and pleasant taking us from Guyaquil to Salinas and back. Our Napo Wildlife Lodge and Tren Crucero tours were both wonderful, and trouble-free.
