Very well planned, excellent accommodation. Travel agents were very helpfull and gave excellent advice: Some of the sub-contracted local tour guides could have been a bit better organised.

There were some glitches. The local emergency number was not answered 40% of the time, when needed, causing anxiety. 2 pick up drivers never showed. up.

This was my first experience using a travel agent to arrange a trip and it was seamless. Tom Maker was a pleasure to deal with in planning the trip and while I was in Peru. Tom was very patient and able to accommodate my requests.

Not travelled yet - Great assistance and package pulled together and looking forward to the trip. The local knowledge certainly brought a more customised package. Great patient shown by their representative as took some time to finalise, many questions and time spent pondering. Only reason did not get 5 star was that the payment has been a bit messy and created a bit of unnecessary nervousness that flights or something would be missed and need changed. .

Christina Schranz was very professional and quick with feedback. The itinerary proposed seems to be very good. The only negative so far is that our request for a more detailed breakdown of costs could not be provided. We look forward to our tour!

Jacob was great. The time difference made things take a bit longer. But he has set up a great itinerary for me and my husband. So much easier to have it organised from South America then trying to organise everything from Australia.
