We started speaking to Claudia from SouthAmerica.Travel last December with a view to arranging our honeymoon trip down to South America in late Spring of this year. The dialogue throughout was engaging, with both skype/telephone and email conversations helping us to tailor the trip exactly as we wanted it. The fact that SAT are tailoring a trip specifically for you means that it does come at a cost, but it is well worth it especially as we didn't need to plan anything ourselves and whilst we were out there all transfers, hotels and trips were pre-planned, meaning that all we had to do was show up! We would definitely use again, and on a personal note, we thought that Claudia was a very warm individual, whilst maintaining that professionalism throughout. Ben & Sara

Izabela from South American Travel provided excellent advice and answers to all our questions, before booking all our internal flights, trips to all major sites, guides and Hotel accommodation. We were very happy with our itinerary, quality of guides and all accommodation. We had a wonderful trip and saw and did So much - all of which was most interesting and enjoyable.

With the help of Clara Tort, my wife and I, along with 12 friends spent 3 weeks traveling through Peru, Ecuador and the Galapagos. Her skill in organizing a trip for a group of people that ranged in age from their late 50's to late 70's was evident in the fact that everybody had a great time and repeatedly referred to this as a holiday and an adventure. Clara's professionalism was only surpassed by her patience, especially having to deal with such a large group of people, many of whom are fairly set in their ways. The accommodation, the food and the guides she arranged were all first class, and made this trip not only enjoyable, but also memorable. The little extras that were provided by Clara and South American Travel were greatly appreciated and added so much to the whole experience. Thank-you to Clara and her co-workers, I won't hesitate to recommend all to anybody looking for a wonderful holiday/adventure in South America.

Outstanding company. We just got back from South America trip. Annica did an outstanding job. The itinerary was perfect and well organized. We first went to Lima. Airport hotel was perfect. We then went to the amazon. The lodge was breathtaking. Sandoval lake was one of the most beautiful places in the world. What a pleasant surprise. We loved the sacred valley. What a quaint town. Manchu Pichu was beautiful. The weather was perfect as may/June and September best time of year. The hiking was great. We enjoyed lunch at hotel Belmond Manchu picchu. We stayed in acqua calientes at the casa de Sol. The river views from hotel were delightful and the dinner at the hotel was surprisingly the best food I ate in South America. Our guide Natalia in Cuzco was outstanding. We loved our dinner experience at Belmond Monasterio. The opera singing at dinner was very romantic and the hotel was beautiful. Rio was nice. The sugar loaf and Christ redemption tours were good. Buenos Aires Park Hyatt hotel was outstanding. Service great. Loved courtyard. Overall it was an amazing experience. We are so lucky to have found Annica with South American travel.

Clara has been just fabulous in planning and working with us making changes and dealing with our delayed responses due to our being out of town.

The travel advisor Clara Tort was outstanding in her advice and very prompt in helping us decide our itinerary and book it. She was very courteous and excellent.
