20 days trip to South America

Booked on line. Clara is very helpful and answered all my questions. We went Peru and Brazil, no tour guide follow us, different tour guides in different places. Howeve, all things went smoothly. Instruction was given clearly. The only confusion was in Peru when the local tour guide Clara told us different arrangement re our main luggage before we went overnight at sacred valley. Luckily I insisted her to check with Joshua, the assistant tour guide received us at the airport. Joshua briefed us very clearly on our Machu Picchu tour and provided contacts of him and the tour guide at Machu Picchu.( it seemed a bit confusing after reading the itinerary but was all sorted out after phone conversation with agent Clara). The pace of the trip is good.

Good organisation and well conducted.

Agent was pleasant to deal with

As long as i was travelling in south America... i was satisfied... route, tour n tour guide is good. But our suggestion is.. please in every tour prepare for mineral water.

good communication generally, some disconnect on the air arrangements. I would prefer to review them after I have experienced the trip they arranged

Prompt reply and very helpful

My agent who assisted me was Millie Davies. She was very helpful and accommodating, and planned out our itinerary within a very short period of time. We are really thankful for her great service, and will definitely engage her again when we revisit South America.
