Simone is extremely competent, caring and sensitive to our needs. It has been a true pleasure from day one planning for this trip.

Annica has been great to work with. She has been very prompt with her call backs and accurate with her information and recommendations. We are very pleased!

We just got back from 2 weeks in Peru doing the amazing "Essence of Peru" tour. It was absolutely incredible... SouthAmerica.Travel was wonderful to work with... They worked closely with us to make sure it was what we wanted, and that we got the hotels we wanted.. All the individual tours were amazing.. all the guides/drivers were great and turned up early or on time (which we loved!)… When we had a hitch with our return flight SouthAmercaTravel sorted it all out for us, so we didn't have to worry. I would highly recommend the company... it was an amazing trip!! (and thanks to Jason Mayo for working with us!!)

Jason Mayo helped us plan an unforgettable trip to Peru. The itinerary was well-planned including staying in the Sacred Valley to get us acclimatized before our Machu Picchu trip. We all felt fine. Our support staff ( guides Edith, Veronica etc ) were so very helpful and knowledgeable of the region.

Patient and helpful.

South America travel provided us with an amazing honeymoon. We felt secure during our trip, because they organized everything so easily for us. I would recommend using their services to anyone looking to have a tailored, amazing time in South America.

I booked thru SouthAmerica.travel after reading the excellent rating and seeing the BBB endorsement. It was the best decision I ever made! Everything was perfectly planned and executed! There was nothing to worry about, and absolutely no missteps. When our flight from Bariloche, Argentina to Buenos Aires was cancelled by the airlines, my agent got in touch with me to determine whether I wanted to take another airline or wait another day. I determined to take the other airline, and our pickup time at the hotel was changed to correspond to the flight. I will definitely book further trips through SouthAmerica.Travel!!! Barbara C.

Our trip was wonderful, well planned with fantastic guides. The few items we would do another way “next time” were small relative to the overall trip. All in all the trip was pleasant and is a nice memory.
