Our Agent is Clara and so far we really feel in very good hands. Our trip is going to be in October this year and we are very excited !!!

Good, honest, easy customer service experience. Not pushy, and very willing to be helpful and work with you. Thank you!

Working with Martin has been fantastic! just need a complete itinerary at this point.

We recently returned from a trip to Argentina and Brazil. Jon Hillstead made all the arrangements after speaking with us regarding what we were interested in seeing and doing. It was the Best trip we have taken, and we travel a fair bit. All of the arrangements were exactly as we were told. The guides were extremely prompt, knowledgeable and very friendly. We felt like we were going to visit friends that were excited to show us their city, country, region. Our trip in the Amazon on the Rio Negro aboard the MY Tucano was absolutely amazing! We had 24/7 emergency phone numbers, but we did not need them. Everything went off without a hitch! We would highly recommend Jon and SouthAmerica.travel!

Almost immediate response to our enquiry with professional advise.

Jon is very helpful and guide us properly. His response is quick. I will recommend my friend .

Clara was very helpful in planning our trip to Argentina, Uruguay and Chile. She recommended some unique accommodations which made it extra special for us. Their were many connections to make with flights, buses, local tour guides. Everything went seamlessly. I would recommend Clara when planning your SouthAmerica tour

Jason has been very efficient and helpful despite my different requests throughout the planning.
