Item broke right out of the box, no replacements.
Item broke right out of the box, customer service refuses to offer replacement. My Poxxus figure has two bows, one broke right out of the box. I contacted customer service, and at first, there is no replacement at all... Then there is an offer, but I have to pay postage for it. It was 1/3 the cost of the figure, that the customer have to pay. This is ridiculous. I won't buy from them again.
