Well crafted lectures with a responsive instructor
As many have observed the lectures are nicely organized and touch on useful topics. At the start I could not duplicate a 3D exercise that the instructor demonstrated. It turned out that the example was made with AutoCAD features the lectures had not yet addressed -- so obviously I could not recreate the example at the time. Initially (in the middle of Covid) I complained that it took over 48 hours for a response. Since then at least five additional responses to questions have been timely, informative, thought provoking, and useful. Clearly the one long wait for a response was an exception and I am therefore compelled to revise my 3 star review. Do the courses step by step. Repeat lectures if necessary. But given a bit of effort on the student's part SourceCAD courses will step up the student's AutoCAD game substantially. For my part, I'm moving on to more SourceCAD courses knowing that, if I'm willing to put in the time and thought, both the lectures and the instructor will really help me become far more proficient. SourceCAD courses are well worth the money, time, and effort.
