Ordered an item two months ago and never received. Tracking shows it was delivered a month ago. customer service doesnt respond and has a robot keep sending emails to contact customer service. Scam company. Don't order from them

Would give 0 stars if possible. DO NOT ORDER. I ordered clothes, never got them and then they told me it was delivered successfully and now they are ignoring my emails completely. Will not provide proof of delivery or the shipping companies information. Probably because they never sent them. Horrible company and even worse customer service.

Ordered 7 weeks ago and they claim it has been delivered. Post Office has no record of it. Can't get a straight answer. Writing it off at this point but hope others don't order from them.

Absolutely horrible- Paid for an item, never received. They are telling me it was delivered to the post office, who has no record of it. They then are trying to tell me that it's not their issue, but rather the shipping companies. They are failing to supply and contact phone information for their company or the shipping company.

I purchased three shirts. I needed to return two shirts because they didn't fit. They will not advise how I can return the items. On the website the return policy says you have 45 days to contact them after receiving the items. I did contact them. I sent emails, the automated agent couldn't help me. I liked the items but they didn't fit. I shouldn't have to keep the items. This is the worst customer service I have dealt with. DO NOT by anything from this company unless you know for sure you will not have to return.

I ordered an XL t-shirt for my husband along with a M shirt for myself. His XL shirt was actually SMALLER than my M shirt. When I tried to return it, this was their response - "But as our warehouse checked, the product they sent to you is correct according to your order. So sorry for the inconvenience that they do not fit you. Will it be possible to give them to others?They are superior in quality and reasonable in price, and also have been in top-seller in our store for many years." The quality is far from superior, and the customer service is worse. I wrote a review about the t-shirt, and they pulled it down within a few minutes of posting it. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT order from this company.

If only zero stars were and option; one star is too high of a rating. Purchased 8/23 and quickly came to learn two of the items purchased were poorly advertised, appeared to be customizable and I was told by email the next day they were not and to “trust my order”… they refused to cancel the order citing it was already sent. Come to find out only 2 of the 6 items purchased were actually sent and the rest weren’t sent until 9/8… which is 17 days after order. They bold faced lied! Do not do business with this company if you like honest, customer based business.

Soulfuldepict.com says on their site... Our clothes are carefully selected, high quality, fit and affordable to make you worth it. What I got was the cheapest, worst quality material I have ever seen. My yoga pants were not tight, black and see through. My sweatshirt was not a sweatshirt at all, it was some thin polyester that looks shiny and terrible quality. When I asked for a full refund, they gave an address in China to ship it back to and said due to the high-cost freight you will pay to return we will offer you to keep and give you $5 dollars. This was a huge joke!! The same clothing items list on multiple different websites and my guess is it is coming from the same poor-quality warehouse that this came from.
