We have been trying to get you to send someone to see why our fountain spurts water, making it unusable. This has gone on for months.
Our contractor Isaac Oren has called you for help and perhaps an added part. We are very frustrated. We may discard the fountain if we cannot make it work correctly. It has never worked right but gotten worse over time.
