This is my first time using this app, and it's surprisingly easy to navigate. It helps me track my weight, exercise, and water intake. Adjusting the time brings up quicker and easier recipes. The app also offers inspiring articles on fasting, healthy diet, and mental health. Overall, it's been a great experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone aiming to lose weight or embrace self-care and a healthy lifestyle.

I hate it. They took time to copy another app but didn’t take the time to make it as good. The time doesn’t move. It just just stays in one spot. I regret subscribing

I am only in two weeks and have already lost 2 lbs. I’m a shift worker, the coach helped me with my plans. The tutorials made fasting so easy for beginners. Not wrong so far, but I still hope there could be more recipes for vegetarians. Please improve.
