We did newborn tests for our son. They lost his blood samples not once but twice and we had to redo the blood tests two more times. They called us at 4:30 pm and said it was late to redo the test at their locations and we have to go to the emergency. Terrible service!!!!!! Both happened in 2000 E Southern Ave location.

No point in getting an appointment, it won't be honored.

Threating to send a bill of mine (6 months after I paid my normal co-pay) to collections after my Insurance Company wouldn't pay their exorbitant fees. Scammers, be careful.
