I used Sonix for a project I did this month and their service was accurate and easy to use, so I recommend it 100%.

Best all in one transcripton tool I've tried. Only thing I wish it had, would be the ability to translate the transcription into different languages, as that is the main reason I required the transcription in the first place.

Ranking Sonix on audio transcriptions between 1 and 10 (with 10 being the highest), I give them a 10. I do a lot of interviews over the phone and I have used a variety of different audio transcription services. Often when I read over the transcriptions, I have to ask myself, were we speaking English on that call or were we speaking Gibberish as a second language? With Sonix I believe they claim about a 96 percent rate of accuracy. I think it is better than that. On the interviews that I have had transcribed through this service, accuracy is next to 100 percent. I also like their reasonable rate for using the service and the company's willingness to add new features. I recommend them because they will save you time and money. Further, you will not have to question yourself on whether you were speaking English or Gibberish!

Just fantastic. Amazingly intuitive. Had features I wouldn't have even thought of that were so useful.
