I have tested about a dozen of the main transcription applications and Sonix is the best by far. When a file with good audio and clear speech is uploaded, Sonix gets almost everything right. At least in Dutch and Portuguese, which I tried so far. Also, a lot of useful features to work on the transcription.

Sonix is the only software I came across that is amazingly accurate. I sits on various committee meetings and have to do minute writing and Sonix has been a big help with my work, it helps also with the turn around time in transcription and reproducting an accurate minutes from a long 3 hours meeting.
