Sonix is a wonder for transcribing in multiple languages! I appreciate the multi-user capabilities and confidence ratings, as well as being able to upload files directly from Dropbox, Zoom, and Google Drive. I also appreciate being able to connect with a transcript editor, if needed. Very user friendly. I have canceled my otter.ai account and don't plan to go back to it!

I liked much the very smooth, easy going way to use Sonix, all is clear and simple. I also liked the friendly personalised interaction with nicely made guiding messages, direct, simple phrasing, not with hypocretic friendly tone so common in marketing. I do not think that there is something that i did not like, or of something else that Sonix could do. Its just very very ok for the purpose it is made. One can use it very quickly without useless introductions, from the very first moment when orienting in front of the opening menu. Simple things to do and very efficiently made clear through clear instructions, quick processes, excellent results. It is great, super, the possibility to use it apart regular plans, ONLY when one needs it!!!! Great and very friendly policy. All of this worked with the a efficiency also in my language, GREEK, which is not a so so s o simple language... I am very pleased.

Excellent service for aligning an existing transcript to a video... PLUS a ton of export options!

I'm studying a foreign language and am often called upon to listen to a dialog in the language and answer questions about it. These are native speakers who speak too quickly for me to follow and use some words I do not know. I've tried Sonix by uploading a recording and getting back a transcript in the language. The transcript is very accurate and helps me a lot to match the words they are saying with how they are saying them.

Start using in 5 minutes it's that easy and does an excellent job.

Constant customer support and great functionality

Great product. I was very surprised at the quality of the transcription given that our podcasts are technical in nature. Will miss some technical terms , but mainly due to the the speaker or just very unique words. The editor tool is very intuitive. Overall very impressive.

It is a good tool to transcribe non popular language such as Malay and great tool for deaf people to receive info when a video does not have Malay or English subtitle.
