Hands down an incredible service! Very straightforward interface and the turnaround time is insanely fast. This is perfect for our production company as we need to do paper cuts with the interviews we shoot. I was reluctant to use an AI for translation but was blown away by the accuracy. There are a few words that we had to edit but you would even get this with a proper human translator. I was quoted for a translation/transcription job from another company that we have used in the past and it would have cost $1900 for a Spanish Speaking translator. They also needed a lead time of 6 days to complete the work. Found Sonix and for the same work it cost $40 and the transcription AND translation was done all in an afternoon. Incredible and a game changer, especially for our charity clients who are really careful with their expenditures. Would recommend 100%. Just wish they had more languages now (ie Swahili), but here's hoping the technology will provide this in due time.

A simple, straightforward interface where you know how much you'll pay without the constant up-selling. It's also VERY accurate - more accurate than all of the others I've tried.

Easy to use, impressive accuracy. It even worked well on a quite muffled audio track.

The transcribe service is efficient and effective. I don't have to wait for a long time for 2 videos to be transcribed.

The transcription in Portuguese is highly accurate, easy to review and to share in several formats.

Wat een superprogramma! Ik maakte een interview (audio) in het Nederlands. Trasncript nadien in ChatGPT en daar was de summary :-)

Easy to use, quick, and accurate!

I searched the Internet to find an online transcription tool. Sonixx had good recommendations, and they offered a very low cost way to try them out. So, I figured the risk was low, and jumped in. It was a very good decision. I was shocked at how rapidly my hour-long recording was transcribed after I uploaded it. And I found their editing tool for cleaning up the transcript makes it very easy to go back and forth between the spoken and the written components. I have gone back with a second audio from an interview I just completed and found things go even better when you submit a higher quality audio. I plan to use recorded interviews much more in my work, now that I have discovered Sonixx.
