Sonix transcription is excellent. The integrations with Zoom is automatic so it take no time at all. The pricing is good too.

We needed a few meetings transcribed and found this to be easy, fast and effective. It was a simple process, from the drag and drop of the file to the "transcribe now" button to the email we received indicating when the file transcription would be complete. It was a very quick turn-around. The transcription was good, considering we had numerous speakers, just ok audio quality and technical vocabulary used. There's quite a bit of other features within the platform that were very helpful, post transcription, like naming the speakers and exporting to various formats. Good customer service too, friendly and quick to respond. Overall, great resource, we'll be using them again.

Easy to use, super fast turn around, affordable, great transcription.

Good transcription from a source with two speakers with very different accents. Not 100% perfect, but a feasible amount of editing and checking still to do. Better than other programs I have used.

I am highly impressed with this software! Its transcription of a couple of my documents was near perfect! Do I need to say more?
