I have just finished my Level 1 instructor assessment with my amazing mentor, David. Having previously done the 21 days in October 2024. I decided to sign up for all courses, to re-learn, re-educate myself, and teach. I am now 51, Previously, I have had the fortune of working in many C-Level roles and at board level, I say this, as these roles, have given me an eye for the finer detail. However, the thing that makes any brand thrive are its people and the community it creates, by bringing together humans from every walk of life. Of which I am honoured to be part of... As I start my new chapter, its nice to finally be home

The facilitater was really good, she made me feel relaxed, comfortable and natural during my introduction. The company provide me with a lot of communication and information material so that I could gain knowledge in my Soma Breath journey.

I love this school and the tribe, they are simply amazing ❤️ Great teachers and mentors with different techniques, the music is mind blowing good, i feel grateful being a student in my level 2 now

It was a really wonderful ecperince. I loved it so very much! it was warm, calm, relaxed environment where the quietness came from within the space. A really kind place to be in which helped my inspiration to spark by itself. It was a place where body, mind becomes one. I want to be there more and more again. Thank you from my Heart!

The assessment for Level One felt very relaxed and I felt David was very supportive and incredibly encouraging.

I found the whole experience fantastic, both relaxing, yet uplifting . Something I will definitely be doing again and recommending to my friends and clients. Thank you x

SOMA Breathwork has profoundly changed my life. It has gotten me through a challenging injury I endured last year. It’s because of its healing results and profound outcomes that I have become a Breathwork facilitator myself. This wonderful community of experts have really help guide me step by step into the Breathwork practice of understanding the power of breath and its relevance in my daily life. So look forward to continuing my healing and educational journey with the SOMA Breathwork Family. ❤️

I have been practicing Soma Breath for six years, and it has truly transformed my life. This practice is more than just breathwork; it’s a powerful tool for physical, emotional, and mental well-being. The combination of rhythmic breathing, visualization, and music creates a meditative state that helps me release stress, improve focus, and feel deeply rejuvenated. What I love most is its accessibility—anyone can practice it, regardless of experience level. Over the years, I’ve noticed better energy levels, enhanced clarity, and a sense of inner calm that carries through my daily life. Soma Breath is not just a practice; it’s a lifestyle that fosters connection to oneself and the world around you. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a holistic approach to health and happiness. It’s an investment in yourself that keeps giving back!
