SOMA BreathReviews of somabreath.com

Been into SOMA Breath for 7+ years (since the beginning). I rarely get sick, always in a good mood, I have a lot of energy and sleep like a baby. I often only sleep about 5 hours and wake up buzzing with excitement to do my day's work. I feel like I've become a master of Breath Control and can manage my energy and stress levels very well. Even when things looked gloomy during the pandemic, the breathwork always gives me an anchor to hold on to and have peace and clarity among the chaos to make awesome decisions. My clients have also seen great improvements with health challenges, and overall levels of relaxation in life. Basically everyone I've come into contact with over the last years that has "learned to breathe" has improved their life in one way or another.

It's a beautiful community - I call it the Soma Family. With over 15 years of experience as a Consultant and Mindfulness Teacher, SOMA Breath is by far the leader of the pack. Niraj is a true Master, put here to raise the consciousness of the planet in a profound way and he's doing it. I suggest that everyone not just try it, but do it!

I tried a lot of different techniques and or me Soma is by far the best BreathWork out there. It's also easier to do and more fun. Going through the instructor myself ATM and my experience is great. In the beginning I thought things could be slightly better organized (I am german😁) but the content is priceless. Also the support and the community are amazing and the library full of breathwork music is one of a kind. It's the real deal. Happy to be part of this.

SOMA Breath is my one and only go-to point to handle morning anxiety. The body and brain are so engaged in the flow of correct healthy breathing that there's no space for the mind to rush anywhere. It's also having an unintentional fitness benefit for me as I've dropped 3 kilos with the Kapalbhati technique and anaerobic exercises. I now apply the anaerobic technique to all static exercises and I am getting a lot stronger
