Smooth Talk and Broken Promises
What was advertised as effortless fell apart the moment real support was needed. The polished image faded fast as appointment details shifted without warning, leaving confusion instead of clarity. Help felt robotic and detached, more like copied responses than genuine assistance. When issues surfaced, accountability vanished and fixes crawled along at a painfully slow pace. The so called streamlined process came off sloppy, rushed, and deeply unreliable. I walked away frustrated, disappointed, and far less trusting than when I first signed up.
