Derek H.
Dietician provided recommendations that were easy to integrate as part of a gradual routine change and were a valuable resource in clarifying diet-related questions as well as dietary planning. The conversation that you have about your current lifestyle and the changes that you can comfortably begin to make to achieve a long-term goal is good to have and helpful in also influencing conscious choices to change.

Super helpful in explaining different ways to mealprep and how to have a better relationship with food while transitioning lifestyle - helped come up with a plan that's me-oriented instead of just 'do this because you need to'
