Worst company to deal with also they charged us more than what we were told wish I could give negative stars

Was sent a payment link for $355 which I approved but then they charged me $465 without my approval. Didn't even go to the property they appraisal services are a complete scam.

Solidifi expects me to act as a mailing agent for disbursement. Instead of mailing a check to the bank to payoff a loan as part of a closing Solidifi sent me a check, made out to the bank, and said I was to mail the check to the bank. What is wrong with Solidifi sending the check to the bank directly? Now I have to take the time to pay postage and tracking on mailing the check to the bank. I think I'll bill Solidifi for acting as their mailing agent...

They charged me thrice on my credit card WORST EXPERIENCE THEY DONT KNOW WHAT TO CHARGE INTIALLY CHARGED 288 and then suddenly changed to 378 without my approval

I was quoted a cost of about $400.00, my final payment that I consider they stole from my credit card was over $850.00. The appraiser was rude and uncaring and appraised my home for $50,000.00 less than the last appraisal I got a couple of years ago… after a new metal roof and new windows!! He obviously doesn’t know what he is doing. DON’T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AND READ ALL THE REVIEWS!!

I would give them zero stars if they allowed me to. I also blame rocket mortgage for continuing to use a company like them to do their appraisal. Charged over $600 for a half a$$ job which didn’t even come close to what the house was worth, so had to go with another lender which lead to another appraisal company which was better and actually knew how to do their job.

These guys are Terrible at what they do. They don’t know how to appraise homes and they charged me more than what the cost of appraisal they quoted. I will have to dispute the charge because that is criminal and deceptive. Stay away from them
