I’m new to Solid Ground Financial, but my experience so far has been Great! I’ve been working with Alex O, and he has been so helpful and there whenever I need him. He walked me through the whole process and how they will handle my payday loans. I’m so greatful I found this company.

This 5 star rating is especially for Maritza! I've talked to several people about my account and left with questions. Mari put me on hold,actually did some research and came back on the line with some answers. My legal rep at Ja law was out due to medical and i'd been trying to reach her for about 1.5 weeks for some cease and desist letters with no response return. Now today after talking to Mari I know my legal rep was out for good reason.I'd talked to several people trying to reach Ja law for me with cc's to managers with no emails to me with results. Mari also updated me on my account response for settlement and assured me my account was in progress.As a customer it's scary to talk to or face these creditors without the back up your program has to offer. I actually had a creditor drive 50 miles to confront me on the sales floor of Dollar Tree [my place of work] saying I owed him money. Number one I owe his company not him personally. Mari also advised me of any future contacts from my creditors in writing, process served, phone calls etc. needed to be forwarded to encompass. It's nice to see someone help me be proactive instead of reactive and prepared. These are big companies with directives to have the store front person do what ever it takes to collect a debt. I think it would've helped me if once I was signed on to the program and passed off to my account managers that a conversation of the process was explained by them and an introduction to the legal team and process was made and things listed to watch out for. Hence my reference to proactive verses reactive.I still have faith in encompass and the phone calls have slowed down. I can breathe! I'm totally glad that there are services that help fools like me get out of the quick sand. I would give the company a 5 rating for getting these companies off my back but a 2 rating of explaining the process so I can do the right thing. THANK YOU MARITZA YOU ROCK ! Sincerely Tami
