Nick was great at helping me and not pressuring me. He made me feel confident. My only complaint is that I feel that the service/administration charges are high. If I am going this survey at the end maybe I will feel differently but right now, I am desperate for help out of a hard situation and I think as a company it is obviousl that I will agree to any service charge and it is higher than I would have expected. ... I will be specific that I was not asked to prepay anything. The program is good and very legit. I have no doubt they are following all laws and regulations.
