The absolute worst organization. Nothing but lies. Extremely rude and argumentative. This organization takes advantage of your situation for their own gain. Gabriel, the supposed top person in this organization has to be the rudest, most argumentative and nasty person. He truly needs to be removed or demoted and sent to school for basic customer service.

The 100% refund if not satisfied is a scam. They only return money in your RAM financial account. Which is not much after 600 dollars attorney fee(who did nothing) and their fees for doing nothing. 100% is a lie. Buyer beware. Perhaps they get a kickback from this unknown attorney. Debra Spangler

The way they do things do don't seem legal. At first everything sounded good but they wanted me to make a payment first before they start the process with my account. Which I didn't felt comfortable doing. Then when I asked what was the name of the law firm they deal with again he gave me a totraly different name.

Do NOT trust these people. I started the process with this group with high hopes based on the other reviews on these kinds of sites, but I was VERY wrong. I was quoted a payment plan and began the process to have payments drafted from my account in hopes that this would be taken care of quickly and easily, but that was NOT the case at all. The lender drafted $900 from my account after they were contacted by Solid Ground Financial because the attorney did not ensure that theACH revocation was completed and sent. I was then blamed. I've been waiting for my assigned attorney to give me so kind of update over the last couple of months, but I have never heard back. Today, I was told that the money that was paid to settle this account was applied to another loan, which was not part of my contract and they were not approved to handle.

HORRIBLE!!! They reeled me in promising me everything and delivering NOTHING! They promised they’d be in contact with me all the time and the only time they ever contacted me was to discuss the first full payment to them. Once that was paid, I never heard from them again. I cancelled my service after only 3 weeks and never received any kind of a refund, which they advertise as guaranteed if we are not fully satisfied. I have emailed and called numerous times and left messages to discuss with no return calls or email. DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY!!!!! They will scam you out of even more money than the money you already owe!

Seems like a scam. Enrolled with encompass recovery group. Make payments through RAM. Yet I get calls from solid ground financial. My acoount has not been updated with any info.

I applied for a $500.00 loan on the Solid Ground Financial website that never accepted my information. I kept going around in circles. My credit score is around 550 as I put $35 K of home improvements in my home that now has $100 K of equity. I make $4,675/Mo. but can't even borrow $500.00. I’m not sure how this “company” got my information and honestly I have been checking into it since I received the first email. However, I have received NUMEROUS calls. I was finally able to answer. I don’t know these people and have not asked for their help so I said don’t call me again and hung up. The girl called me RIGHT BACK! I answered and asked if my hanging up didn’t give her a hint not to call this number again and I hung up AGAIN! She AGAIN CALLED ME BACK IMMEDIATELY!!! I told her AGAIN not to call my number! She began spouting off that I contacted her! I still have no clue who the hell these people are and as I said before I am looking into how my information was obtained. I have filed a report with local police. I called back to speak to a supervisor to which I was asked why and told I had to give them my name or be a “client”! THEN I was placed on hold with no answer. I called again... the person who answered called me by name immediately showing they already knew who was calling! Apparently he was a supervisor. He excused the numerous calls as “How are we supposed to know it’s not your cell phone and you lost service?” He then proceeded to call me a child for hanging up because he claimed I didn’t tell the girl not to call me back and they don’t just call people at random they got my information of the internet as a request for help! I told him he was a child, I didn’t need his help and hung up yet again! RUDE! VERY RUDE!! I WOULDN’T USE THEM EVEN IF I KNEW THEM AND HAD ACTUALLY REQUESTED ANY TYPE OF HELP OR INFORMATION PERIOD!!!!
