The process to set everything up was so quick and convenient. The options are flexible and manageable. Nicholas was so patient, informative and very prompt with follow up. I’m so grateful for this financial relief. Thank you!!

Jennifer Cruz is one of the best representative I’ve spoken to for any company. She patiently answered all my questions. She was very kind and professional. Thank you, Jennifer.

Id like to retract my review if I may… I had put in a complaint to Solid ground financial, shortly I get a phone call from David Smith one of the managers. He fixed everything and acknowledged my complaint and not only did he hear me out, I was reimbursed my money immediately!! I was so pleased!! Thank you Mr. Smith, it was a pleasure doing business with you and I highly recommend your company do other people in my area. Thank you for helping me out. I’m sure this was just a misunderstanding and we are all humans. Have a Blessed day! Virginia 🥰

Jailene was very patient and helpful in getting my information and giving me options to better my situation. It was great knowing the process and the benefits. Thank you

I recently set up with solid ground financial to help me regain and get back in control from a pay day loan cycle. My customer service agent who sets up enrollment was forthright, honest, diligent and always quick to respond to any and all questions I had related to this process and what they will assist with to help. I give him a 5 star for stellar customer service and the company 5 stars for everything they are doing for me, I have a huge weight lifted off of me thanks to this program and service. Thank you Danny and solid ground. Sam H

Jennifer was great and easy to work with. I wish I would've done this sooner! I thought this was going to be a time consuming and difficult process and it was the exact opposite. Jennifer was informative, helpful and never pushy which made it really easy for me. I work long days and was able to communicate via text and email which was super convenient. I dont have a bad thing to say about thia process.

Jailene Hernandez was really helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner. She walked me through the process step by step and has gotten me on the path the debt relief!

Jailene was excellent with communication and answering all questions. Made the process simple!!
