Absolutely one of the worst decisions I've ever made. As a small business owner looking to expand to government contracts, I got called by this company our of nowhere and fell for their trap. They exploited $6K from us. They made us go back and forth for over two years with an agent who I believe was solely there to just exhaust us in paperwork and false hope. Here is what to expect: I. Undisclosed Reinstatement Fee (Unfair/Deceptive Practice)- Threatening undisclosed reinstatement fee. 2. Self-Fulfilling Deadline Trap (Unconscionable Contract Terms) - Their own delays caused documents to expire. 3. Credential Harvesting (Security Concern)- Used backup codes to enter our accounts. 4. Scope Reduction Without Fee Reduction 5. Template-Driven Stalling- 17-35 day gaps on replies. 6. Corporate Structure Obfuscation Multiple entities involved: Government Marketplace LLC (New Castle, DE), Solicitation Department (solicitationdept.com), K&R Management Resources LLC (Palm Harbor, FL). Correspondence comes from different domains (@gov-marketplace.com, @solicitationdept.com). This makes it difficult to identify the responsible party for legal action and suggests deliberate corporate structure designed to evade accountability.
