They sent me the wrong size. I emailed them. I've had no reply. I wouldn't buy from them ever again.

I purchased a pair of boots from sole society . 3 weeks ago. They don’t fit and look cheap. They are also women’s shoe not for man. I am trying to return them. The online store is closed down and the email address to them is invalid

I order 2 pairs of shoes and what I got was DEFINITELY not what I ordered. I emailed Sole Society and never received a response regarding my order. BAD BUSINESS. I don't know if whoever was filling the order put in the wrong shoes or just didn't care about losing a valued customer. I will never order from this company again and will DEFINITELY spread the word not to shop with SOLE SOCIETY.

During one of their sales I ordered a pair of sandals in a size 10 (the site said they had 2 pairs left), and a few days later I saw an email saying they'd canceled my order due to low inventory. Okay, I was disappointed but things get messed up. I can typically wear a 9.5/10 size shoe, so I went back and ordered a 9.5 (the site said they had 2 pairs left). I just got an email saying they canceled my order due to low inventory. I'm very upset because I wanted a pair of those shoes.

The shoes are very cute but the quality is poor.
