Where do I start? I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Solentro! My book - a 260-page book of memories - is beautiful! I am so happy with the cover, and the quality of the pages is amazing. Most of the photographs included are very old, some more than 70 years, but the end result works. My two email contacts with Customer Service were answered promptly with responses that were helpful. I am located in the United States, and my books still arrived in less than two weeks. I am a 77-year-old woman. If I can navigate the Solentro website with no problems, it should be a breeze for those that are younger with more computer expertise.

My overall experience was really great. While I have made various photo albums with well recognized websites, this is the first time I used Solentro to develop a "book" with photos. Solentro was user friendly and took only a short period of time to get familiar with the editing and creative tools. The end product was absolutely fantastic! I recommend their website for other users and I look forward to using it again myself.

Blown away by the quality of the product. Looks and feels great. Photos and text are very clear and the product looks heavy duty. I wish there was a little bit more communication between purchase and delivery, like a tracking number or something, but I'm definitely happy with my purchase.

I had a 12 page color staple-bound booklet made. it's even better than I expected, in all ways! I did take a chance by producing mine a little unconventional. I already had a 12 page PDF format design, with a nice layout of text and pictures. So I simply took a screen-shot on my MAC computer of each page, then uploaded each imaged (JPG) page into the template. Thus, I simply uploaded 12 images, which consisted of my pre-populated text and images! Bingo! it worked perfect: crystal clear images and clear, readable font. Solentro should inform the user that this is an option, or Solentro should have a simple PDF upload ability that can be converted to the draft for submittal. But my attempted as described worked soo perfect. The paper quality is also very nice. I went with the glossy cover which is great. the inside pages are also of high quality, heavier stock, mat finish. Lastly, I submitted my order on 1/8/22 and got my product on 1/24/22, here in Seattle! I cannot be happier! And prices are nice.

Outstanding work! Quick! Answered any questions I had! Would recommend and use again! This was an amazing Christmas gift for my grandsons parents! A keepsake the will be treasured forever! My grandson was so surprised by the stories being in a book! He is already interested in doing another book maybe a story this time he says! Great confidence booster! So pleased!
