Overall the site was easy to use, and I LOVED that everything was saved as I went. No worries about losing anything if not saved. It was pretty easy to figure out the basics of how to create the book. The template I used did not offer any option to be creative with using angled placement of text or photos, which would have really added to the final product. Not sure if there are other templates where this could be done. On the plus side, custom templates for pages were pretty easy to make. I was surprised when I placed the order and had both of my credit cards rejected without explanation. I eventually realized that, being a European company, a chip card was required. It would have been nice to know up front, or at least to have an explanation when my cards were rejected. The USA is unfortunately WAY behind Europe in using this technology, and many people don't yet have chip cards. I ended up having my brother pay, and coincidentally, 2 weeks later my new chip card arrived in the mail. One final little issue is that the book covers (I ordered 10 copies) are all warping a bit unless they have weight on top of them. Overall though, it was a great website to use. I'd recommend it to others, but would love to see these little issues addressed.

It was a good purchase. I like the color print, but the font placement was weird and it was hard to correct on the website. Overall, I enjoyed it

I wrote a storybook for my young child. Overall I'm incredibly satisfied with the finished product. The website was easy to navigate and the templates were simple to use. However, I did find that I disliked the templates as provided- the picture sizes were odd and cropping was difficult. Additionally, spacing the text on the page was not ideal. In the end though, the quality of product I received was great and I am very happy with the final book.

We thought the quality of the spiral was good. We had wished for more latitude regarding getting hardback quality with fewer pages than what is required since it is a children's book. That and the price per copy were a bit prohibitive. Shipping was quick and the book arrived in very good condition.

I tried using many different companies, but Solentro was the easiest and with no down loads. I received my books faster than stated and I am very happy with the end result. The only drew back I have is the cost. But to be honest I have used another company which was just a little bit cheaper, but not worth the trouble. Along with the help of Solentro, we have made a wish of mine which was 50 years in the making come to print. I hope to be writing more in the future and will be using Solentro for my book. It was just very easy for me and with great end results.

I love the site (although it took a little getting used to) and the book is beautiful, exactly as I'd created it. I realize that it was coming from Sweden, but it took one month from the order date to the arrival date, which seemed rather slow. That would have been okay if I could have tracked the package but their tracking link listed only the mailing date and nothing else. I got a little nervous. They were prompt in responding to my inquiry, but gave no ETA or any other information. It finally arrived, though, and we're very happy with the results.
