Happy with the product it works good!

Holds better than electric tape with two wires twisted together. Easier use than heat shrink tubes and heat gun, should be sturdier and watertight too.

Connections worked very well, just have to be cautious to not overheat and melt the insulation for water-proofing.

I like this product it makes wiring much easier and the connection is very strong

Used these to “re-do” all my Jeep rock lights. My wires run through my frames and although they do not see rock contact, they do see water and dirt. Love the shrink solder connectors. Bought a jar of 50 first then. Went back to get the box of all sizes. For just my little 10 light system, glad I had the extra jar of connectors. They go fast with spilts and then the connection to each light x 2 for each. Not a fan of the T design. They work, just loose and sloppy and not neat/tight enough for me. Just a personal pet peeve. I stripped the insulation a little longer, slid these down the wire, and then made my wire connections. Slid this ontop and shrunk it down. Did not withes and then used black and red shrink tubing over it all for a sweet pro finish. Love the tight and strong hold, anticipating good water and dirt resistance.

Nice container with labeling / sorting. Assorted sizes is nice. Heat gun is convenient. Shipping was pretty fast. Overall an asset to wire repairs but not a total solution for all applications. I didn’t go all 5 stars because commercials were slightly deceptive. Because the application in commercials is time accelerated, it gives a buyer the impression that application is really quite quick, but in fact takes a pretty significant amount of time to heat / shrink / melt. It’s actually much faster to accomplish the same task with old school solder iron and heat shrink. Also, the larger the solder stick part, the longer the application. The largest is almost worthless and can be hit or miss on whether it actually bonded. I mostly use this kit for the smaller sizes and that it works well for.

Good little gun. Is useful for small project's. It just took a little longer to be delivered.
