I ordered the 250 piece kit and some heat shrink and paid for the fast shipping also. Fast shipping is suppose to take 5 business days. I never heard a response from them until I contacted them 5 days later. and was informed the item had shipped. When I checked the tracking information I say the package had still not been received by USPS for shipping. I attempted to cancel my order on August 12th but was told they were unable to cancel my order. No reason was given. On August 19th I emailed and stated I wanted to return the items because I no longer needed them and had obtained a similar product from an alternate vendor. I received no response from this email. I again emailed on August 24th and again stated I wanted to return the items. They responded on August 25th and demanded to know why I wanted to return the items instead of just letting me return them. I again stated I had obtained a similar product from a different vendor I never heard back from them since August 25th.

Well, I placed an order on their website, guranteed delivery all that. $164.97 on paypal, so where is my stuff? No phone numbers to call, they don't return emails. Guess I was scammed! Too bad, sounded like a solid product. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Solderstick website added items to my order automatically that I had removed at checkout, the system then charged me for it. I immedaitely requested Solderstick to revise the order, I later requested for a return authorization and credit as I did not want these items nor authorize payment for them. Solderstick has not provided any response to resolve this issue. There is no customer service that responds, no phone, no address location, no way to contact other than email. It took weeks to get the product, very scammy.

Ordered one of their crimping tools with changeable heads and they sent me the cheaper version. Contacted the company by the only method, email, they provide and they asked for picture or video proof. I sent the requested pictures. After a few days of not hearing anything I contacted them again and got a response asking if I was happy with the response I had gotten from one of their employees with whom I had no interaction. Replied asking if the left hand has any idea what the right hand was doing and still have not gotten any response. Filed a case with PayPal and will be contacting my Credit Union to reverse the payment which was twice as much as what they sent me!

rating started as a full five star, every time i had to do something else i removed a star it would be in the 10 negative star by now this is totality not worth my time

Ordered product as a new customer, product arrived by USPS pretty quick. Inspection of what was in the package does not match what is being sold on website, 50 piece set was also 4 connectors short. Tried a few connectors and found that the heat shrink tube ends are partially shrunk on 1 side of each connection making it impossible to use with the larger gauge wires in the specification range. Contacted customer support, no reply, well good bye! Don't waste your money, bank card statement states Hong Kong as the paid to description.

I must say I am a bit disappointed . I recieved my order today. I ordered 3 different kits as they were called. Picture showed slotted kit with compartments. Ordered size based on what I commonly use to start. Kits were actually jars. All splices. No connectors. Yet product is called connector kit. So what I have is too many splices and No connectors. These are not in anyway a kit of any sort. Emailed Customer Service, no response.

I thought I was buying a neat product. I didn't check into it. After receiving many emails saying "buy me, buy me" I did. what a mistake. It was an international purchase (hong kong). I paid way more then what you can buy on Amazon. The worst part was that my credit card info was stolen!!! We had to change all of our auto-payments etc. I haven't even used what I bought. I feel like throwing them out, but after spending 4 times what I should have-that would even be a bigger waste. If you get an offer from solderstick.com, I recomend deleting it.
