Don’t buy these. The company are crooks and will not stand by their product and return policy.

Placed an order and a heat gun was added by the company. Attempted to cancel via their email and another order was generated increasing to the 100 unit kit. No responses from multiple emails to company site and ended up charged for 2 kits with added heatguns and additional pieces. Rec'd orders with no way to return. Contacted credit card company and after 3 months were credited for orders. Evidently company never responded to credit card company either. You can order the same product throughj Amazon and it was cheaper.

O ordered the basic kit of connectors for $24.99. What I received was the connectors and also the $29.99 Soldering gun that I DID NOT ORDER! They told me to send it back AT MY COST $10.50 to receive a credit of $29.99. Order process was a scam to sell unwanted add-on. I lost $10.50 as a result of their scam. I WOULD NOT purchase again. I thought I was purchasing from a reputable company. I went on their website with the intent to purchase the 100 piece kit. Their website defaults to the 500 piece kit and the heat gun. I selected the 100 piece kit and deselected the heat gun. My purchase should have been $39.99. I completed the checkout process and a few minutes later was notified by my credit card company that I was being charged $129. I then received an email from Solderstick with my invoice showing the 500 piece kit and heat gun. I did not order the 500 piece kit or heat gun. When I emailed Solderstick customer service, actually 4 times, I was advised that they could not change the order and that when it arrived I could just return it for a refund. It arrived on Monday, I've sent Solderstick customer service 3 more emails trying to return the order that I did not place and they have failed to respond. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - once they have your money they don't want to know you.

The heat gun is junk would not shrink any shrink tubing. No where near enough in the deliverd package to justify the price

Heat shrink melts long before solder melts.. useless.. I have sent multiple emails and replies to them with no reply. Very fake product and nonexistent customer service. Would not buy again, still want my money back and will spread the word about your false claims.

SolderStick are also telling me at the end of the transaction that I will be charged double if I close the page I am on. The transaction is not complete - and I will be charged twice - if I go back or close the page presumably without buying the extra items offered on that page. That is a deliberate fraud attempt and another disgusting marketing ruse. I will warn people about these issues and SolderSticks disgusting approach to selling on line. I hope your business fails. You don't deserve to trade on line with your tactics. I did not see a notice on the product page that prices were in US $. The company's response to my complaints - a declaration about their goal being transparency - is just a lie. Their tactics prove that.

SOmuch for the easy returns I have the heat gun that I didn't order and have been trying to return it for months
