Customer service is A+. There was a mixup with my package, as I thought someone had possibly stolen it, and the creator offered to remake my order with no additional charge and send the items to a more secure location. So unbelievably kind of them. The pieces I bought are beyond gorgeous and were the perfect gifts for my loved ones. Insane quality for the price. I truly cannot recommend this brand enough.

My item was a little damaged when it arrived and I reached out to the customer service and it was the nicest & most professional customer service experience I’ve had ! They replaced the item and even included an extra gift all within approximately a week. I will be buying from them again !!

I ordered a pendant and a ring as a Christmas gift. The quality of the both are amazing, and the detail is phenomenal. The packaging alone is ridiculously impressive to what I usually receive when buying jewellery. Communication with seller was superb, I made a mistake with the address and it was fixed almost immediately through email. This quality of chain is much nicer than I thought it would be (as again when I buy jewellery online its almost always the same) this chain was a nice weight and doesn’t feel cheap at all. The pieces them selves are unique and you can tell passion has gone into making them which I really appreciate and it shows through their work. HIGHLY recommend

First, my impaled void piece from Solder alchemy is my favorite piece I own! It’s absolutely stunning, and my favorite part is that it layers perfectly with any other piece that I own. I couldn’t be more excited to own this necklace!
