Software ShrimpsReviews of softwareshrimps.com

Worked with a guy named Nav from Canadian web studio. Software shrimps however took the payment. I signed up for a built website and 7 months Seo. By the end of the 7 months the website had many flaws including a form page that didn’t work, and links that didn’t work. In the 7 months, a single back link was created and 0 authority with google. These are basically scammers taking money and doing next to nothing then ghosting when called out. Took me for 1300$ plus. Absolutely pissed off with this terrible service.

We engaged Software Shrimps for website development and related services and worked with their team over several months. Throughout the project, communication was generally responsive and smaller tasks or support items were handled adequately. However, the core website development repeatedly fell short of expectations despite multiple rounds of feedback, revisions, and detailed guidance. After extended efforts to move the project forward, we made the decision to discontinue the build. Software Shrimps agreed in writing to issue a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite multiple confirmations from their side that the refund was “processed,” the funds have not been received, and our bank has no record of any transaction in progress. We have spent a significant amount of time following up and attempting to resolve this in good faith. As of now, the refund remains outstanding. We are sharing this review to accurately reflect our experience, particularly for businesses considering larger or more complex development projects where accountability and follow-through are critical.
