I have two items to return. Both do not fit and one is horrible quality and not like it's pictured. They offered me $15 for an order over $80. This is unacceptable. This company should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered over a month ago and I'm still waiting. I emailed the service dept and Socuy says the package has been delivered. USPS says it's "still in transit." It's been "in transit" for six days. I ordered from this company specifically because it said it was US-based and everything ships from NC. I live in Georgia. I understand that an item was back-ordered and the package didn't ship for two weeks, but it should have been here at least a week ago. UPDATE: I checked my mailbox one more time today, and the clothes finally came. Unfortunately, they're all too small and one of the items wasn't even the size I ordered (they sent a small instead of a medium). I've been back and forth with Socuy. They said I'd have to pay to return and re-ship the items, and they expect me to ship them to Dubai! DUBAI?? The website says they're US-based and everything ships from NC. Now I know why it took so long to get here. They offered me $50 to keep the clothes. I paid about 140 for the clothes and they're offering me 50 for clothes that do me no good. I told them that was unacceptable and that I'd be disputing it through my credit card. They then offered me 70. Ultimately, I just took the 70 because I don't have time to go through the rigamarole. I'm sure they count on that. I'm out $70. DON"T use this website. They misrepresent themselves. They are not an American company. They're in DUBAI. What a scam.

Buyer beware!!! Stay away. My wife ordered several pieces from socuy (approx $300). Package arrived and we unpleasantly surprised. The quality of the material was horrible. The sizing was completely off. All of the items needed to be returned. This is where the adventure began. We contacted socuy customer service via email to initiate a return. We received a return email from socuy customer service that they would only reimburse $44 and that we could donate the items (????!). My return email was that their offer was totally unacceptable and I wanted a full refund. We received another email that they would reimburse $69 and that their warehouse was in Dubai. What that means to me I have no idea. I again rejected their offer and wanted a full refund. I received a third email that their final offer was $84. I replied that it was unacceptable and I would be filing a complaint with my credit card. Don’t do business with this company.

I ordered two dresses. Unfortunately I did not read the return policy. They did not fit. I contacted their customer service about a return. They responded with an offer to refund $15 and I keep the dresses. I declined. They then offered me $25. I again declined. They then offered me $41. My total purchase was $83.98. This is a total scam. They are based in Dubai.

This company is definitely a scam. I ordered only because they state the items were made in the USA! NOT THE CASE!!! They are SCAMMERS! Took my money but did not send the product. Actually my experience is a "0" and will not order again!

My experience is like many others here. I paid $55 for one dress - it was very low quality material and so poorly made that the front didn’t cover my chest (I’m average in size) and it couldn’t button around my neck (it was about 3/4 of the size it needed to be). The “returns” policy is a lie, customer service offers you a fraction of what you paid and tells you to keep the awful thing because the warehouse in Dubai. IT IS A SCAM.

This is garbage clothing and while it looks very nice in the pics when you receive it you will see you have been scammed! If you want to return the clothes good luck. I spent $117.77 on their garbage clothing and they offered to refund me $18.00. Save yourself money and frustration and learn from my mistake.

This company is a fraud!! Do not order from them. If you don’t like the product. They refuse to let you return it. They will negotiate the refund amount. The pictures look nothing like what you receive. The shirts are polyester. And one shirt I order had glitter on it, when received it was just like a screen printed shirt. The colors are not the same and the sizing is one size small. They are advertising fraudulent items. They are nothing like the pictures. And they refuse to give me my money back or even allow me to return the item. The tags are fake and don’t even have a brand name or what the shirt is made of on them.
