Don’t ever buy from this company. Worst customer service. Purchased dress did not fit they asked me to keep and they would give me $5 refund. Then they offered $10 then $15 and went to $22. The sizing is not correct material cheap the service unacceptable and they have no right running a business. Dress went into garbage. I give them 1 star because there is no negative star. Save your money if it does not fit if you don’t like your out your money

This company claims in Facebook ad and website items are made in South Carolina. Took almost a month to get my items, they came with a UPSP label over top of a label with Chinese writing on it and came from CA. All the items come in packaging with a 'Made in China' label. The items vary widely in size even though all are Medium, half are not wearable because that, and they are cheap materials. This is stuff you can buy on Wish for $6 - Do NOT Order from them

I ordered 4 items. Only 1 fit. When I tried to return the others, they offered me pennies on the dollar instead of a full refund. They attempted this 3 times. When I refused to accept their low offer, I was told I can send the items back at my expense. This wasn't too bad because they say, on their website, that they are located in N. Carolina. When I received the instructions and address to return the items, I learned that they are actually located in DUBAI!!! While it cost me almost as much as I paid, I sent the items to them in Dubai with tracking. The items arrived to the address they provided and were refused and returned to sender. I will never do business with this company again!!!

Do not buy from this company!!! I purchased items from them and have never received them…out of $112 😡. I’ve reached out to company and nothing…no response. Wish I had read reviews first. Also have since learned this is not a usa company as stated.

Do not buy from here!!! Very disappointed with my purchase. I received my pkg this week. I want a refund for the garbage I was sent!! Material is CHEAP and NOTHING like what is pictured on their website!! Overpriced and you get cheap!!! Quality and look very disappointing!!

Order placed 12/6/22. Received email saying shipped on 12/9/22 but tracking shows "label created not yet in system". Contacted Socuy numerous times and they assured me was shipped. It is now 1/21/23 and no shipment ever received and tracking order still shows "label created not yet in system". I disputed the transaction. I believe this site is a scam.

First off, I think this company uses different names but they are all the same company (rsuna.com, socuy.com, etc). I'm about to file a complain with the BBB. I ordered some shirts and dresses. All the same size. One didn't fit at all so I asked to exchange or refund. They said that I would have to pay shipping to exchange it but said that the shipping fees would be very high so they offered me 25% of the item. When I challenged them, they ghosted me.

I ordered a dress on August 26 2022 in hope that I would receive it on time for my trip to my country to wear the dress for my birthday, Today is September 18 2022, and I will leave on 20 2022 and my order did not come to my door, after I received email from the company stating that my order was on the way to my home, I contact the UPS and was told it did not exist there, I am sooo frustrated with this company. Will never buy from them anymore.
