Customer service is a joke. I tried all day yesterday January 19th to get a hold of someone on there chat option and got nothing. Emailed and got nothing. Ordered socks and paid for 3 day shipping to have them by January 21 (order was placed January 15th) USPS app shows the socks will not be arriving until Saturday January 22. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache and find another company to order socks from.

Ordered socks as stocking stuffers for Christmas. Recieved the wrong items. Have been waiting for a month for a replacement. Can't even get the company to get back to me. Horrible customer service. Do Not Order From This Company!

It is true, she never received her order because the address that was submitted for the order was insufficient as addressed. You can review tracking here : https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?qtc_tLabels1=9370469903503332281342 We addressed the situation with her and offered a new shipment at our cost. Unfortunately, the item had since went out of stock since she ordered so a replacement shipment could not be sent immediately. We offered her 30% off her order when the item came back into stock or off a different in stock item in addition to free shipping and promptly refunded her original payment.
