Thank you for your thoughtful feedback, Eh. Suggestions like yours helps us to continuously improve our service to better meet your needs and improve your overall experience while working with us. While it's important that our users are given as much autonomy as possible with their accounts, it's equally as important for a growth specialist to review your targets before updating your campaign - ensuring that you're set up for success. We are working on ways to deliver a better experience to you and encourage you to stay tuned and continue sharing your thoughts with us. Thanks again for your review and we look forward to continuing to serve you!

Thank you for your feedback, Davinccii. We're happy to hear that you've been pretty satisfied with your growth and that we've helped you with your goals as an aspiring hip-hop artist - love it! We also understand your reservations and encourage you to reach out to one of our growth specialists so you can work with them to adjust or update your targets to help you achieve more focused growth around your intended audience. Please note that your followers are real people and their engagement is genuine. While we try to expose your account to relevant and like-minded users around your targets, we can't control whether or not they like your content. However, we can update your targets to try to connect you with the best types of users for your account. Another suggestion would be taking a look back at some of your most popular posts by engagement (likes and views) and emulating that content in your new posts for better engagement. Thanks again for your business and we look forward to continuing to serve you!
