Social Scout Email MarketingReviews of socialscout.us

Mateo is great with communication ad keeping us in the loop. He listened to our story and what we were looking for, then executed on it. He created some great flows for us and we can't wait to see the improvement in our sales.

Mateo was super helpful and responsive. The team did good work on a reasonable timeline. They were receptive to my changes.

Mateo Camacho was one of the most professional experienced and reliable representatives I’ve ever had the privilege of working with in my career. We had a few glitches as you always do with new integration. He handled these issues quickly, efficiently and always with a follow up to make sure we were happy with the results. He exceeded all my expectations and i would highly recommend Social Scout and in particular Mateo Camacho as your representative.

We have been loving Social Scout! We originally picked Social Scout among the sea of email agencies because the emails looked visually the best, and they have lived up to that. Seeing their style of email on our brand has been so exciting. Cami and Fery Have been so knowledgeable, communicative and helpful with creative input & strategy. Appreciate them both so much. Gerry the designer is a true artist and deeply understands brand and marketing. Shoutout to her and the rest of the design team! We are so grateful for everyone on the team. Our email game has completely transformed.

Great team, excellent communication and responsiveness.

We're a little over a month into working with Social Scout and seeing HUGE wins with our email marketing. Our revenue, open rate, deliverability, click thru rate are all significantly UP. We're hitting every goal they promised. I can't thank Cami & Fery enough. They're truly amazing to work with!

Went to Social Scout with no prior Klaviyo/real email marketing in place. Through 3 months we've increased our revenue, collected emails at a very high clip, set up many branded flows, and sent out consistent, branded campaigns. The people are easy to work with and "bought in." You're never going to find people that care as much as you do about your brand, but this is pretty damn close. You can be as involved as you'd like. Communication is great. I have zero complaints.

Mateo was fantastic to work with. He got my email flows set up quickly and took the time to make sure everything was just the way I wanted it. No back and forth, no hassle, just clean, efficient work delivered with care. Really impressed with the level of service. I recommend Social Scout to anyone looking to get their email marketing up and running the right way.
