They have a large amount of experience in the email marketing space. They are on it immediately and there's no delay in responses. Phil and Mateo were helpful and collaborative. Having it be done for a one time fee was helpful as well.

Working with Kammy from Social Scout has been a great experience. Not only has she been very knowledgeable, but she has been quick with both communication and more importantly, the design and development of our email and sms flows. It was a very easy process and one we hope will pay dividends now and in the future. We would recommend working with them again.

Mateo and his team delivered what they promised. Its refreshing to get a service that delivers great quality but also on time of proposal. Very satisfied with the results we have already seen from the flows.

I had a great experience with their team. They’re professional, and I like when things are really organized, which was my experience. I think my investment with the email flows will definitely pay dividends and I hope to work with them further.

Been using Social Scout for about a month on our email marketing flows, full Omnisend management. So far they've been excellent, tesign quality is genuinely nuts and our revisions have been turned around really fast. Working with Mateo has been easy and he has been very accommodating when we push back or change direction. Communication is clear and everything is executed quickly at a high standard. Highly recommend for anyone looking to move on their email programs.
