This is a good application
This is a good application, with a few substantial drawbacks but in the end we replaced our previous social media management service with them months ago and are very happy. Setup is extremely easy and intuitive. Adding new accounts and channels is also very easy. It has a long list of social web apps to choose from as well; more than Zoho or even Hootsuite. The report graphing is fantastic - our clients love it. Very readable compared to many other services we've tried out. Cons are a lot of minor awkward aspects to core elements of the interface, like needing to create separate posts for Instagram & Facebook if posting multiple images because SR seems to choose which pic of a series it uses for IG at random. To be fair, Zoho had some similar issues with post-scheduling dynamics that could have been much more streamlined and we stuck with them quite a while before switching. The social inbox could also use more integration with various platforms to be truly useful. Overall I'd recommend for most small businesses managing multiple social profiles across platforms in combination with websites. It's simple, effective, relatively easy on the eyes, and fairly priced.
