If there were 100 stars I'd give it to Social Pilot. The platform itself is perfect - it does everything I need it to, and I probably am not using it to its full potential! But what sets it apart from other platforms is the support team, who are epic!!! If every company could have a support team like Social Pilot the world would be a better place!!! This past week has been extremely stressful for me to the point where I honestly thought I was going to lose my business, but the team helped me work out a solution. They even responded to my emails over the weekend and on a bank holiday. Whoever you speak to the whole team is professional, knowledgeable and they really do care about their customers. I couldn't have got through this week without their support and I can't explain how grateful I am to them. Highly recommend Social Pilot to anyone who needs a good platform and to anyone who values excellent customer service!.
