I just feel bad about this product. It just doesn't last! They claim a $45 pen would last 250 - 300 puffs. You would be lucky to get 100 puffs. Never again will I buy this product.

Thank you for your feedback. I went through our packaging and literature and was not able to find any statements where we promised 250-300 puffs. Our vape pens ideally last somewhere between 120-150 three second puffs. We understand that your pen may not have lasted this long. Please reach out to [email protected] and our team will see how we can help remedy this. Thanks again for your review and wishing happy health!

I ordered 3 pens, on arrival had no problems, however, the third pen hit once and then didn’t hit again, faulty pen. Other than the failure of one of my three pens it was an outstanding effect.

SelectCBD has really great branding, and I was so excited to try the products. I've tried drops from other companies before. Ordered 1000mg drops, along with 4 Vape Pens. For a 1000mg drops bottle, I did not feel a thing although I upped the doses quite extensively, although with other brands at 500mg I've felt the effects instantly with lesser doses. The vape pens were a huge disappointment too. They had a great taste, but I did not feel the effects of the CBD at all. I ended up using them all within two weeks just trying to take large enough doses to even feel the effects. And, to cap it off, found out I would have saved much more on my nearly $200 order had I waited one more day as they ran a promotion the next day. I emailed customer support, and they weren't able to refund or credit me the difference between the price. Overall, very disappointed with the experience of SelectCBD and although I had high hopes and will have an incredible customer lifetime value, sadly it will not be with this brand. I wouldn't recommend to family or friends.

The product is life-altering, but customer service was non-existent . I received the offer for buy two/get two and I ordered four. The discount was not reflected at the time I pushed “order” so I wrote an email asking for clarification. That email was not answered nor were the three following that, even though the product arrived in good time. My last email was ignored as well, and I told them I was going to call VISA to intervene. Still no answer. I called VISA and they kindly credited the overcharged money to my account.

Every pen I order does not last anywhere close to what they say. I use it about 5 or 6 times and it's gone

I received quick shipping, and great customer service but the products do not last. I contacted customer service about products not lasting and I was sent replacements. I had the same issue with the replacement products. worked great for first few uses and than stopped working, no more vapor but burnt smoke and no essential oils I wish the pens worked as they were meant to because I was very happy with them at first.

The package is misleading, you get maybe half the amount of puffs the package indicates.
